This page is intended for California clubs to use prior to sanctioning events with AVA. It is the intent that clubs in the same general geographic vicinity not schedule events on the same dates. Exceptions are noted in the calendar, for example, World Walking Day. The main purpose of this page is to coordinate dates among clubs, not for publicizing events. This schedule is not "cast in stone," but is open to all to help coordinate and encourage the sanctioning of more events.

It is the CVA Vice President's (of the appripriate region) duty to coordinate the schedule in the event there are date conflicts. The VP's are listed below:

| Please note that the "CVA Fee?" column is an unofficial record of sanction fees paid to CVA. Contact the CVA Treasurer for the official status of your fees. |
| |
| Please use this email link to request dates or to remove previously requested dates that you no longer need. AVA has a 90 day deadline prior to the event for sanctioning, and the Compass deadline is usually more restrictive. |
